How will I know my size?
You can find detailed size information on each product page, the model is wearing size medium and is 173 cm tall.  For the bandeau top, please note that it runs small, we recommend ordering one or two sizes larger than your usual size.

No, only detailed size information on each product page.

Are the items true to size?
Our blazers and trousers are true to size with an oversized fit for the blazers. The bandeau top runs small. Please check the fit notes for each item before purchasing.​​

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we may still be able to make adjustments.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit-/debit cards, iDEAL, Apple pay and Google pay.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

​All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

How long does delivery take?​

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and shipping provider.

Returns & Exchanges​

How can I return my order?​

To initiate a return, please complete the return form on our website under the Returns Page before sending your items back. After this, you will receive an email with further instructions.

 

Are my items eligible for return?

​Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.


Can I exchange my order?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

​Yes, as long as you complete a return form for each order and include them in the package.

Have you received my return?

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your parcel.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items are produced in a factory in North Macedonia, chosen for its craftsmanship and consistent quality. By keeping production in one location, we ensure close collaboration, responsible working conditions, and attention to detail in every piece.
