Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping provider. 

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel online.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we may still be able to make adjustments. If you are unable to receive your package at the original address, please contact the courier directly once your tracking details are available.
